Enzio Goble

Executive Sous Chef

Chef Enzio is a native New Yorker from Long Island and Queens. He began cooking professionally after completing his service in the Army Special Operations. The GI bill allowed him to transition into his new career path in the culinary world. Enzio has worked in kitchens throughout New York City and learned from talented chefs such as the Jame Beard Award Nominee, Dale Talde. Through his upbringing and travels, Enzio has gathered a vast understanding of all things cooking. Enzio brings talent, high standards, and a level head to the kitchen each day. Outside of work, Enzio spends his time working out, binging his favorite pasta dishes, and spending time with his fiancée, daughter, and cat.
